Responsibilities
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of CORT Party Rental’s core SaaS platform, Point of Rental, and act as the functional bridge between business departments and internal and external technical teams.
  • Provision, configure, and audit user accounts, access levels, and security profiles while monitoring compliance with internal security policies.
  • Configure the platform to align with evolving business needs and collaborate with the SaaS provider on feature requests, enhancements, and technical requirements.
  • Monitor and support integrations into the core platform, including Tax, Payments, RFID, and Dispatch systems; troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate with business managers to evaluate new features, conduct testing, deploy software updates, and assist with onboarding new third-party integrations.
  • Maintain platform data integrity, including product catalogs, pricing, and fee structures, and build and maintain custom dashboards and reports for department leaders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily internal support regarding the core platform; triage issues, track resolutions, and liaise between business managers, internal IT, and the SaaS platform provider.
  • Train team members on systems and tools, create how-to guides and standard operating procedures, and help teams adopt new processes and software updates.
  • Assist remote internal IT teams with new hardware activation, triage issues, and serve as the point of contact between IT and business users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
