About the Job

Requirements

  • Hold at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Have at least five years of experience collaborating with operations, engineering, or related teams to resolve technical issues and handle customer-facing work in fulfillment center and logistics environments.
  • Have experience in logistics, manufacturing, production or process management, retail operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze AGV/ACR and fulfillment center operational performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities through root cause analysis.
  • Drive process optimization to improve productivity, capacity, throughput, labor efficiency, and operating costs.
  • Develop, implement, and standardize sustainable corrective actions and best practices.
  • Plan, establish, and execute operational improvement projects to improve fulfillment center performance.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment center operations and related departments to define requirements, support data-driven decisions, and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and operate KPIs, reporting tools, and data collection systems to support operational performance management.
  • Conduct operational analyses, including cost-benefit analyses and performance evaluations, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Lead capability building and adoption through site visits, regular reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training on new processes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Have experience with automation equipment, fulfillment centers, or operational innovation projects.
  • Have experience using data analysis to solve problems and improve processes.
