- Experience configuring career sites and integrating them with third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with VB Studio for Redwood user interface transformation.
- Experience contextualizing Journeys and configuring Guided Journeys.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Redwood user experience components and workflows.
- Ability to provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Ability to participate in quarterly upgrade cycles and change control meetings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Configure recruiting content library components, including job offer templates, disqualification questionnaires, job-specific questionnaires, and interview questionnaires.
- Configure requisition and offer approval rules.
- Configure career sites and integrations with third-party applications.
- Transform the Redwood user interface using VB Studio.
- Contextualize and configure Journeys and Guided Journeys.
- Configure display properties for user interface changes.
- Configure onboarding checklists for pre-hire and new-hire processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Redwood user experience components and workflows.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles and change control meetings.
