About the Company

Proactive MD

Delivers value-based primary care with diagnostics

Proactive MD delivers value-based primary care through Advanced Primary Care and a suite of health-management products and services. It operates by integrating centralized clinical diagnostics, pathology services, and pharmacy strategies into a seamless care model that extends beyond traditional Health Center walls, serving patients, employers, and health plan partners nationwide. Its products work together to diagnose, manage, and support care needs within a coordinated system, creating a smoother patient experience and better outcomes. The company differentiates itself by combining primary care with comprehensive diagnostic and pharmaceutical strategy within a nationwide, access-focused network and strong partnerships, rather than relying on standalone clinics.
