Requirements
  • Hands-on experience building or shaping agentic artificial intelligence, including multi-step, tool-using agents that have been designed, prototyped, or shipped.

  • Comfort operating across a broad product suite while holding substantial context.
  • Ability to work effectively in undefined problem spaces.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

  • Around eight or more years of product or user experience design experience at senior individual-contributor level.
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom and able to perform the specified work.
Responsibilities

  • Define interaction patterns for a new category of agentic user experience in property.
  • Set the craft standard through personal design output.

Desired Qualifications

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Hg invested in July 2026, validating Street's AI-led product strategy and growth.
  • More than 300 agencies prepared to go live on Cortex by May 2026.
  • Street serves over 4,000 agents, giving cross-sell leverage across CRM and prospecting products.

What critics are saying

  • Cortex needs Street CRM lock-in; competitors can target agencies using mixed software stacks.
  • Hg's £200m valuation raises exit pressure if AI adoption stalls by 2027.
  • Estate agency budgets tighten quickly; a weak UK housing cycle can slow renewals and expansion.

What makes Street Group unique

  • Spectre and Street.co.uk cover prospecting, CRM, and client portals in one stack.
  • Cortex embeds AI agents inside live agency workflows, not standalone chatbot software.
  • Founders Tom and Heather Staff retained majority control after Hg's 2026 investment.
