About the company

Park Place Finance is a nationwide direct private lender serving real estate investors with in-house capital and rapid closings. It funds non-owner-occupied properties with products: Fix and Flip up to 93% of purchase price and 100% of renovation costs (12–24 months), Bridge loans, DSCR loans (30-year fixed-rate rental property financing based on rent income), and Ground-Up Construction for permit-ready projects. It funds SFR, 2-4 unit properties, multi-family buildings (5+ units), and condos, but not commercial properties or raw land. Its goal is to provide fast, reliable financing that helps investors close deals quickly and grow their real estate portfolios, differentiating itself by speed and lender-focused experience.
