A valid Massachusetts driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Experience working with youth ages 12–18 in a residential or group-care setting.

Mentor and engage youth in the program while ensuring their safety.

Description
The Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees a team of Youth Advocates who provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy for young people facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff development, and compliance with program standards.
