About the company

Stylitics provides a business-to-business software platform for online retail, delivering personalized outfit recommendations and shoppable inspiration to consumers while giving retailers tools to build engaging landing pages. The platform includes features like Ways to Wear it, Shop the Model, Looks by Occasion, and Recommended For Me that guide shoppers toward items and outfits. Retailers can create product spotlights, brand shops, and size/room guides on landing pages, and use the mix-and-match tool and bundled product carousels to boost cross-sell opportunities. The system relies on smart automation and image editing to automatically generate content and outfits, enabling quick onboarding and brand-specific layouts and algorithms. Stylitics’ goal is to help retailers increase product discovery, engagement, and sales by delivering personalized inspiration and streamlined page design with dynamic, shoppable content.

Foot Locker teams with Stylitics as retailer taps AI technology to launch app-based closet builder solution.

Foot Locker teams with Stylitics as retailer taps AI technology to launch app-based closet builder solution. Foot Locker has developed, in partnership with Stylitics, a new AI powered closet builder, Fits, within its mobile app. In a LinkedIn post, Michael Cera, Interim Head of Product Management and Design at Foot Locker, said: "AI is everywhere. But, at Foot Locker, we challenged ourselves to think about how to improve and make positive change to our customers shopping experience through the use of AI." He added: "We engaged with customers, really listened, and in partnership with Stylitics, developed a key new closet builder within the Foot Locker app - let me introduce you to Fits! Start with something you own. Discover personalised outfits built around it. See those looks come to life on a virtual model." Customers can upload or take a photo of something they own, discover complete outfits built around it, and visualise those looks on a virtual model. Paired with a cart addition from the model view, the aim is to make purchasing a whole outfit styled around your own products that much easier. Cera concluded: "This was a collaborative effort across Experience Design, Product Management, E-comm, Brand, and Stylitics, and came to life exactly as we all set out to do. Download or open your Foot Locker app today and give it a try!" 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards The awards, which celebrate global retail technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world, have now closed for entries. Publishers Integrate Commerce As Consumers Demand Shopping Wherever, Whenever

Consumers increasingly expect to be able to make purchases at the point of discovery, and publishers and retailers are adapting accordingly. On a call with analysts last week discussing its latest earnings, BuzzFeed shared that shoppable content enables retailers to reach consumers at lower-intent moments, finding new audiences. “People come to BuzzFeed for all kinds of things, …and sometimes while they’re there, they start discovering the shopping content and buy things,” CEO Jonah Peretti said during the call. “Other times, they might come there because they want to shop, but they want to shop for fun. They’re not doing research on a particular product they might [know they] want to buy. It’s much more about discovery, finding something, … being inspired.”
