Qualifications

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship programs, and board certificationoreligibilityinCardiovascular Diseaserequired.
• Must havecleanbackground and be licensed or eligible forunrestrictedlicensure in NC.Current DEA and ACLS certificationalsorequired.
