- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed Advanced Practice Provider.
- Leadership experience is required.
- A Master's Degree in Nursing or a Physician Assistant degree is required.
- A New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse license and Registered Nurse license, or a Physician Assistant license, is required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required.
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants certification is required.
- Provide high-quality, efficient medical care to patients in the Department of Medicine/Endocrinology outpatient offices.
- Provide general oversight of the Advanced Practice Providers, including education, communication, quality initiatives, and staff scheduling.
- Foster camaraderie and engagement among the Advanced Practice Providers group and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary staff.
- Endocrinology experience is preferred.
