About the company

LTK operates in digital marketing and e-commerce to connect brands, creators, and shoppers and drive online sales. Its model centers on a proprietary ecosystem that combines technology, growth consulting, global brand partnerships, and broad shopper distribution to monetize creator marketing. Brands receive strategic guidance and data insights, creators use the platform to authentically inspire shoppers with curated messaging, and shoppers experience a more efficient and personalized buying process. Revenue likely comes from commissions on creator-driven sales, brand fees for strategy and data services, and potential advertising on the platform. Unlike some players, LTK differentiates itself through a creator-driven, data-backed ecosystem that scales creator influence across a global network. Its goal is to formalize and expand the creator-based shopping model, turning creator marketing into a measurable, scalable industry and continuing to generate significant online sales growth.

Study: 91% of brands run always-on creator programmes as brands invest $450M in LTK creators

LTK, a creator commerce platform, and Northwestern University have released their fourth annual Creator Marketing Study. It finds creator marketing has become always-on infrastructure rather than a series of one-off campaigns. Some 91% of brands now run programs with an always-on component, and the average number of creators they work with rose 275% year over year. Creators ranked as the most trusted source of product recommendations, chosen by 44% of marketers, ahead of social media ads (34%) and celebrities (22%). Also, 41% of marketers use creator content to improve visibility in AI-driven search, a first for the study. Meanwhile, 90% of brands want a simpler technology stack, and 45% still rely on spreadsheets and email. The survey covered 209 senior marketers in June 2026. Brands have invested $450 million in LTK Creators over the past 12 months.

LTK launches AI shopping tools as US affiliate marketing spend hits $13.8B

LTK and YouTube have launched AI tools to streamline affiliate commerce, helping shoppers find products, brands discover creators, and creators monetise content. US affiliate marketing spend is expected to reach $13.81 billion this year, up 11.3%, according to eMarketer. LTK introduced a conversational search feature that increased product click-outs by 84% since rolling out earlier this month. The platform also unveiled an agentic tool for marketers to build campaigns and Auto-draft, which helps creators turn photos into posts via Siri. YouTube demoed shopping in its Ask YouTube feature, allowing viewers to purchase products through creator affiliate links. It will also automatically localise tagged products for international viewers. LTK faces competition from ShopMy, which raised $70 million last year at a $1.5 billion valuation, and newer entrant Phia.

LTK launches agentic AI platform to help brands build creator campaigns through conversation

LTK has introduced an agentic AI experience for its Brand Platform that enables marketers to build and scale creator campaigns through conversational interfaces. Brands can describe their objectives, and the platform helps plan campaigns, identify creators, and optimise programmes whilst proactively surfacing opportunities and trends. The platform addresses growing complexity in creator marketing, with US creator ad spend projected to reach $44 billion this year. LTK research shows brands now invest in 275% more creators than previously, creating operational challenges. The experience is powered by LTK's proprietary commerce intelligence graph, built from over 100 billion commerce signals across 15 years. Marketers can build campaigns through conversation, identify high-performing creators, and receive proactive recommendations on trending products and optimisations. A limited beta launches in September with brand partners, with broader availability planned for Q4 2026.

LTK launches Quick Collabs to speed up creator-brand partnerships in $44B industry

LTK has launched Quick Collabs, a new feature enabling brands and creators to collaborate more efficiently through flat-fee campaigns. Brands can launch campaigns in minutes, whilst creators can opt in and receive payment within 48–72 hours of posting, eliminating lengthy contracts and complex approvals. The feature addresses growing demand in the $44 billion creator marketing industry, which LTK says is entering a "marketplace era" requiring faster activation at scale. Quick Collabs operates through LTK's Brand Platform, which has attracted over 1,200 brands since launching in November. Founded in 2011, LTK operates a three-sided marketplace connecting creators, brands and consumers. The platform powers $6 billion in annual retail sales and supports 60,000 creator-brand collaborations yearly across its network of 400,000 creators and 8,000 retailers.

LTK launches AI shopping chatbot powered by influencer content and OpenAI

Influencer app LTK is rolling out an AI chatbot powered by OpenAI and creator content across its US consumer app. Users can receive shopping advice, discover products and find relevant creators through conversational prompts. The chatbot, trained on LTK's content pool, remembers conversations to personalise recommendations. For example, users searching for running shoes can discover creators who post about running or filter by specific criteria like colour. Creators earn commissions when the chatbot surfaces their product recommendations. The launch follows broader AI shopping adoption across e-commerce, with Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest developing similar tools. LTK, formerly RewardStyle, built its business on influencer affiliate marketing and is now focused on expanding its brand marketing platform.
