Requirements
  • Solid experience managing social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, including paid social campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Graphic design proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for social, print, and organizational needs.
  • Experience building and managing content calendars.
  • Ability to track analytics across platforms and translate the data into clear monthly reporting.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage an independent workflow.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • A portfolio showing range across video, especially storytelling or interview-driven work, graphics, and social content is required with the application.
  • Tuberculosis clearance, background check clearance, and Mandated Reporter Training are required.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day posting and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence with content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
  • Cross-post and reshare content between platforms as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar reflecting school events, initiatives, and key moments across all seven campuses.
  • Stay current on platform trends and best practices.
  • Capture and produce video and photo content, including short-form social clips and longer narrative-driven pieces.
  • Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras, external microphones, and standard video and photography production equipment.
  • Conduct or facilitate on-camera interviews and edit footage into documentary-style stories.
  • Shoot photography for social media, the website, newsletters, and other organizational needs.
  • Edit video for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, the website, and monthly newsletters, including reformatting content for different platforms and specifications.
  • Produce video content for presentations, special events, and other organizational needs.
  • Ensure video and photo content is polished, on-brand, and appropriately formatted.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and boosted posts across Instagram and Facebook.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to set campaign objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Include paid social metrics in monthly reporting.
  • Create graphics for social media, event promotions, newsletters, internal communications, flyers, printed materials, presentation decks, and other design needs.
  • Support visual asset requests across the organization.
  • Maintain visual consistency with ICEF brand standards.
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with Academics, Arts, and Athletics.
  • Track performance insights across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Deliver a monthly analytics report with key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
