Yext provides AI-powered search solutions through its Answers Platform, which gives direct answers to user queries rather than just links. The platform uses natural language processing to understand the meaning and context of questions and relies on a centralized Knowledge Graph to sync and organize essential information so that accurate answers appear across websites, apps, and other digital touchpoints. Revenue comes from a subscription model that scales with the needs of enterprises, small businesses, and e-commerce platforms, and the company also offers training and community engagement via its Hitchhikers platform. Unlike some competitors that focus on generic search or scraping data, Yext centers on structured knowledge and consistent information delivery across multiple channels. The goal is to help businesses improve search experiences, customer support, and workplace productivity by providing accurate, contextual answers directly to users.

Deliverect has partnered with Yext to automatically synchronise restaurant data across digital channels, including AI search platforms. The integration connects Deliverect's operational data — menus, opening hours, item availability, and allergen information — directly to the Yext Knowledge Graph, eliminating manual updates across search engines, maps, and AI assistants. The partnership addresses a persistent industry challenge: keeping information accurate across multiple digital touchpoints as restaurants constantly update menus, hours, and availability. When data changes at a restaurant, updates flow automatically through the system. Deliverect, which serves more than 80,000 restaurant locations across 70-plus countries, processes 30 million API calls daily and has powered 1.5 billion orders to date. The integration aims to reduce operational burden for restaurant brands whilst improving customer trust through accurate, real-time information.
Deliverect and yext partner to keep restaurant data accurate across every digital surface, including AI search. The integration connects live operational data from Deliverect directly to the Yext Knowledge Graph, eliminating manual updates across search engines, maps, and AI assistants. October 8, 2026 Deliverect, the global restaurant technology platform serving more than 80,000 locations across 70+ countries, today announced a partnership with Yext, the enterprise agentic marketing platform, to automatically synchronize live restaurant data across every digital channel where customers discover and choose where to eat. The integration connects Deliverect's operational data layer, including menus, opening hours, item availability, and allergen information, directly to the Yext Knowledge Graph. When key data changes at a restaurant, that update automatically flows through to search engines, maps, and AI assistants without manual intervention. Solving one of the industry's most persistent problems. Restaurant brands operate in a state of constant change. Menus shift, hours are adjusted, items sell out, locations open and close. Keeping all of that information accurate across every digital touchpoint has historically been a significant operational burden, particularly for brands managing large numbers of locations. The Deliverect-Yext integration eliminates that burden by making Deliverect a key technology partner that feeds directly into Yext's data infrastructure. For operators, this means a meaningful reduction in day-to-day overhead and the confidence that what customers find online always reflects what is actually happening inside the restaurant. The impact goes beyond convenience. Inaccurate data, whether it is a menu item that is no longer available, the wrong opening hours, or a missing service option like curbside pickup, erodes customer trust. By solving data accuracy at the source, the partnership addresses one of the most persistent and costly friction points in the restaurant industry. Built for the future of AI search. As AI-powered search continues to reshape how consumers find and choose restaurants, the accuracy of structured operational data becomes a competitive advantage. Restaurants have never had the data infrastructure to keep up with the pace of real-time operational change across digital channels. Deliverect has built that layer, and connecting it to the Yext Knowledge Graph ensures that accuracy now reaches every place a customer is searching, including the AI interfaces that are becoming increasingly central to discovery. Stephan Giordani, Product Partnerships Manager, North America at Yext, said: "In partnering with Deliverect, Yext demonstrates its commitment to brand accuracy and data enrichment by pulling live operational information directly into the Yext Knowledge Graph. We're eliminating a layer of manual data entry for our food and beverage clients so they can focus on serving consumers while Yext and Deliverect make sure their restaurants are accurately and consistently discoverable in AI and traditional search." Don MacMillan, Head of Partnerships, North America at Deliverect, said: "Restaurant operators already have enough to manage without worrying whether their menu or hours are showing up correctly everywhere customers look. This partnership means the operational data flowing through Deliverect becomes the single source of truth for how a restaurant appears across search and AI. That's a real weight off operators' shoulders, and it means diners can trust what they see, whether they're checking hours on Google or asking an AI assistant where to eat." Yext unveils Multiplayer Agent Harness to transform AI marketing into a growth engine. Yext has launched a multiplayer agent harness within its Scout platform, designed to bridge the gap between AI-driven productivity and actual revenue growth. For fintech marketers and digital leaders, this shift from isolated AI tools to a collaborative, context-rich workspace addresses the critical challenge of maintaining brand consistency and human oversight across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. What was announced. At its Envision conference, Yext (NYSE: YEXT) introduced a multiplayer agent harness for marketing, integrated directly into its Scout platform. This new feature creates a shared, context-rich workspace where various stakeholders - including corporate teams, field marketers, franchisees, and agency partners - can collaborate alongside AI agents. By ensuring all parties work from the same data set, the harness allows human users to direct agents that possess the brand's specific memory, competitive intelligence, and operational context. The launch is a response to a growing disconnect in the current AI market. While McKinsey data indicates that 80% of organizations have achieved productivity improvements through AI, only 37% have seen a positive EBIT contribution from these investments. Yext's solution aims to move beyond simple automation by providing a unified environment for human-agent collaboration. The multiplayer harness is specifically targeted at Chief Marketing Officers and large-scale marketing organizations that require high levels of coordination across distributed teams and geographies. It marks a significant shift from single-player to multiplayer AI operations, where the competitive edge is defined by pairing human judgment with agents carrying specific brand context. This environment is now available within the Yext Scout platform, providing a unified environment for human-agent collaboration. The system ensures that all participants, whether they are internal corporate staff or external agency partners, are directing the same agents from a single, authoritative data source. "tools always commoditize, marketers never do" The company during the announcement. The companies involved. Yext (NYSE: YEXT) is a technology company that operates in the digital marketing and AI space, primarily known for its Scout platform. As a firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Yext provides the infrastructure that allows large-scale organizations to manage their digital presence and brand information. The company's focus is on creating a "single source of truth" for data, which is then utilized by corporate teams, local marketers, and now, AI agents. More information about their operations can be found at www.yext.com. The company's market position is defined by its ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder environments. This includes working with franchisees and agency partners who require access to the same brand-specific intelligence as the central corporate office. By offering a multiplayer harness, Yext is positioning itself as a provider of collaborative AI frameworks rather than just isolated productivity tools. The firm's approach emphasizes that while AI tools are becoming commoditized, the value remains in the human marketers who direct them. This philosophy underpins the Scout platform, which serves as the foundation for these new multiplayer operations, ensuring that all participants in a brand's marketing ecosystem are aligned with the same data and competitive intelligence. What this means. The move toward "multiplayer" AI operations highlights a growing skepticism toward standalone AI agents that lack organizational context. In the fintech and broader financial services sectors, where compliance and brand voice are non-negotiable, the "single-player" AI model often creates more risk than value. This announcement puts pressure on traditional SaaS providers who have focused solely on individual productivity rather than collaborative workflows. The industry must now grapple with whether the bottleneck to AI profitability is the technology itself or the lack of a unified environment where human expertise can effectively steer automated processes. For CMOs, the challenge shifts from procuring AI to managing the complex interplay between human judgment and machine execution. Featured companies.
