IATP 2026 highlights and key takeaways.

IATP 2026 highlights and key takeaways. Last updated: October 6, 2026 The ROLLER team just wrapped an incredible few days at the IATP Annual Conference in Clearwater, Florida. The entire indoor adventure and trampoline park community showed up to make it a genuinely special week. Smooth Operator Workshop ROLLER kicked off the week with its second annual IATP Smooth Operator Workshop on Monday morning, an event exclusively for ROLLER customers. Led by Megan Zemaitis (Manager, Customer Onboarding) and Eric Gillespie (Senior Director, Global Customer Support), the session focused on turning first-time guests into regulars - with practical, hands-on discussions around loyalty, memberships, multi-pass, and mobile F&B. The room was full of customers trading real ideas, real challenges, and real playbooks over breakfast and coffee. It's one of its favorite workshops of the year. What operators were talking about A few themes came up over and over across the show floor. Food & beverage F&B has traditionally been a smaller part of the trampoline park business, but that's changing fast. Operators are actively thinking about how to grow revenue and average order value from concessions, and mobile ordering was a particularly hot topic among customers at the Smooth Operator Workshop. The marketing playbook is shifting There was a strong push toward influencer marketing and short-form video (TikTok reels especially), with a growing sense that paid Google and Meta ads aren't delivering the ROI they once did. Guest visitation is moving from problem to solution With the current state of the economy, guest visitation is on everyone's mind - but the conversation felt noticeably different this year. Operators have moved past diagnosing the problem and are focused on what to actually do about it, with loyalty and repeat visitation strategies coming up as a strong through-line. AI keeps coming up AI continues to be a top-of-mind topic across the industry, and it's showing up in more conversations every year. Sessions and panels ROLLER was part of a few great sessions this year. Alyse Sklover, Senior Events Manager, presented alongside customers and partners Zero Gravity, Do The Beach, and Galaxy Multirides, and joined a panel on leadership and growth alongside women leaders from Slick City and Launchpad. Danica Craig, Expansion Business Representative, also led a speaking session that drew operators from across the industry. An unforgettable Awards Dinner The IATP Awards Dinner at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium was easily the most memorable dinner setting ROLLER has been part of. As awards were being presented, the aquarium's dolphins were swimming around behind the stage. ROLLER is also thrilled to share that ROLLER walked away with two awards this year: the IATP Breakthrough Product Award for Guest Experience Agent and the Best Booth Award, voted by attendees. It means a lot to be recognized by such an incredible community. ROLLER is more motivated than ever to keep building products that help operators grow their trampoline parks. Looking ahead IATP 2026 was one of those weeks that reminds ROLLER how vibrant and connected this industry really is. Huge thanks to the IATP team for putting on a fantastic conference, to everyone who stopped by its booth or joined the Smooth Operator Workshop, and to the operators who took the time to walk ROLLER through what they're building. See you next year!

QubicaAMF and ROLLER partner to unify bowling and multi-attraction entertainment management

QubicaAMF, the world's largest bowling equipment provider, and ROLLER, a venue management platform, have announced a long-term partnership to develop integrated technology for bowling and family entertainment centres. The collaboration has produced Conqueror ROLLER, an all-in-one management solution already operating in venues globally. The platform combines QubicaAMF's lane management technology with ROLLER's venue management system, addressing the industry's shift towards multi-attraction entertainment destinations. Bowling is a $10 billion global industry with over 100 million annual participants across 125 countries. Early adopters report significant improvements. Lumos in Texas increased online revenue by 5.5 times, whilst Queens in London saw multi-activity bookings rise 64%. UK operator Tenpin is rolling out the solution across its 60 venues. The companies plan further integration, including waitlist management and unified capacity management across attractions.

IntelliPaaS passes 80 out-of-the-box ROLLER integration use cases.

IntelliPaaS passes 80 out-of-the-box ROLLER integration use cases. More than 80 prebuilt ROLLER integration use cases across accounting, ecommerce, CRM and marketing, fully managed from USD 12 per use case per month. LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, September 18, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - IntelliPaaS has passed 80 out-of-the-box integration use cases for ROLLER, the venue management platform used by more than 3,000 venues worldwide, and is adding new ones each month. The library connects ROLLER to accounting, ecommerce, CRM, marketing, guest communication and back-office systems. Matt Soltau, Global Director, Strategy and Operations, is attending IAAPA Expo Europe 2026 at ExCeL London from 22 to 24 September and is available to meet operators about connecting their own systems to ROLLER. - More than 80 out-of-the-box ROLLER integration use cases are available, with new use cases added each month. - Each use case runs on the IntelliPaaS ROLLER connector. IntelliPaaS is listed in the ROLLER partner directory. - Accounting: ROLLER connects to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage 200, MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering operators in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. - Ecommerce: ROLLER connects to Shopify and BigCommerce, keeping product catalogue, orders and stock aligned between the online store and venue operations. - CRM and marketing: ROLLER connects to Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign. - Guest communication and service: ROLLER connects to WhatsApp, SMS services and Freshdesk. - Back office: ROLLER connects to Google Workspace including Google Sheets and Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence. - Each integration use case is fully managed and starts at USD 12 per month. - Adapters can be generated from a written description of a target system, which extends coverage beyond the prebuilt library. - ROLLER is exhibiting at IAAPA Expo Europe. IntelliPaaS is attending as a visitor and is not an exhibitor. Which ROLLER integrations do venues ask for most? Accounting is the most common. Sales, payments and refunds move from ROLLER into QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage 200, MYOB or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as structured transactions, so the books are not rebuilt by hand at month end. Retail is second, with product catalogue, orders and stock kept aligned between ROLLER and Shopify or BigCommerce. Third is guest data reaching CRM and marketing tools including Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign while it is still current. Operators running several venues get one consolidated view instead of a reconciliation exercise. What AI automations can run on ROLLER data? IntelliPaaS runs AI automations against live ROLLER data rather than exported files. Examples include automated guest email responses drafted from booking context, agentic review management that triages and replies to incoming reviews, and automated follow-up in places where ROLLER has no native equivalent. The AI layer runs on a customer-selected model, including models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. What do ROLLER integrations cost? Integrations for ROLLER customers are fully managed and priced by use case, starting at USD 12 per use case per month. Connections are configured rather than custom-coded and run on a governed layer with logging and error handling, so a venue is not commissioning a bespoke build and does not carry one to maintain. "Operators tell us the booking system is rarely the problem. It is everything downstream that eats the week, the re-keying, the month-end reconciliation and the spreadsheet that holds it all together. I am at the show for all three days and happy to sit down with any operator and map their actual system stack, rather than show them slides." Matt Soltau, Global Director, Strategy and Operations, IntelliPaaS About ROLLER ROLLER is a cloud-based venue management platform for attractions and leisure operators, bringing online ticketing, point of sale, integrated payments, memberships, waivers, self-serve kiosks and guest experience tools into one system. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, ROLLER serves more than 3,000 venues worldwide and is an IAAPA Global Sponsor. About IntelliPaaS IntelliPaaS is an AI-first enterprise integration platform (iPaaS) that connects systems through a single governed layer instead of point-to-point wiring. Integrations deploy in the customer's own environment, including cloud, hybrid, on-premises and air-gapped. How ROLLER connected its new office on a tight timeline with Nexthop business fibre.

How ROLLER connected its new office on a tight timeline with Nexthop business fibre. ROLLER is a Melbourne-headquartered SaaS platform that powers the guest experience for leisure and entertainment venues worldwide. From online ticketing and point-of-sale to memberships, waivers, integrated payments, and cashless wallets, ROLLER provides an all-in-one cloud-based solution used by thousands of venues across more than 20 countries - including trampoline parks, water parks, theme parks, family entertainment centres, and museums. With regional offices in London and Los Angeles alongside its Australian headquarters, ROLLER is one of Australia's fastest-growing enterprise SaaS exports. For a platform that processes real-time transactions and manages live venue operations globally, the reliability and performance of ROLLER's own office infrastructure is not a secondary consideration. The team that builds and operates the platform needs connectivity that reflects the same standard they deliver to their customers. The challenge. ROLLER was setting up a new office - a process that comes with a long list of moving parts, from fit-out and furniture to IT infrastructure and connectivity. For a SaaS company whose engineering, reliability, and operations teams depend on fast, stable internet throughout the working day, getting the office online was not something that could slip. The team faced a narrow timeline. The new space needed to be connected and operational by a fixed date, and there was limited room for the kind of provisioning delays that Australian businesses routinely experience with major carriers. Any slippage in connectivity would mean a team unable to work effectively from day one. The solution. ROLLER engaged Nexthop to deliver business internet to the new office. Nexthop's team committed to meeting the timeline from the first conversation - and held to that commitment despite the challenges that inevitably arise during a new office setup. Nexthop delivered dedicated business fibre internet over its privately owned dark fibre network, providing ROLLER with symmetrical, high-speed connectivity on a dedicated fibre core with zero contention. The service was activated within the required window, ensuring the office was fully operational on schedule.
