The role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with experience in managing campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and/or Meta as well as a quantitative background leveraging Statistics and AI. The role sits within our Global Growth Marketing team and reports directly to the Growth Marketing Lead. It will focus on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in all regions, managing multiple accounts.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical, and creative individual passionate about transforming complex technology into simple, human, and aspirational advertising that delivers business results.

The role can be based out of NYC, SF, or Remote.

How you’ll contribute

Lead performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok while collaborating cross-functionally on Meta, Affiliate, lifecycle, and influencers.
Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, and similar) to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency
Analyze campaign performance, evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with the performance and data team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficiency.
Prepare accurate reports with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next steps
Analyze and recommend new copy & creative, bidding strategies, and testing structures using both qualitative and quantitative metrics at a rapid pace
Stay up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practices

What you need to succeed

3+ years of experience with at least two of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok Ads with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, with budgets above $1M per year
Analytical mindset with creative intuition. Equally fluent in metrics and emotion
Experience building automation and tools with AI such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, Cursor, etc. for Marketing and analytics applications
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, keyword planner)
Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
Develop and continually expand or refine targeting/copy/assets based on performance
Strong familiarity with marketing funnels + modern attribution platforms (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox or equivalent)
Experience designing or reading geo-lift, conversion lift, or brand lift studies
International awareness, with knowledge of diverse cultures
A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done

By combining Resmed's expertise in sleep health with Eight Sleep's AI-powered sleep platform, the companies aim to help people better understand their sleep and access educational resources. Read full bio September 23, 2026, 9:02 am ET Eight Sleep, a sleep tech company, launched the Pod 6 bed-cooling system on Wednesday with meaningful hardware changes, including a hub that's half the size of its predecessor, new solo-size configurations and a $1,999 starting price for the solo sizes - the lowest the company has offered. The entry price for standard sizes will be $2,699. "We redesigned the hub, so it is 50% shorter than Pod 5, while increasing thermal power. That requires a more efficient approach to the system's internal architecture, thermal management, fluid movement and overall packaging," Matteo Franceschetti, CEO and co-founder of Eight Sleep, told CNET. The smaller hub can slide under most standard bed frames. For the first time since the Pod launched in 2019, customers can choose solo-size options like twin XL and half sizes for queen, king and California king. Until now, the Pod has been built for couples with standard mattress sizes. "For six generations, the Pod's dual-zone design has been extremely valuable for couples, because each person can independently control their temperature and receive their own sleep data. But there are many people who want that same experience for just one side of the bed, or in a bedroom with a twin XL or split-mattress configuration," Franceschetti said. The Pod 6 has nine times more sensors per side and AI-powered tracking for more accurate sleep insights. The redesigned hub delivers 40% to 50% more thermal power for faster temperature response. Franceschetti said that the main advantage of having more sensors is improved precision and consistent tracking across different sleep positions. "People move throughout the night, and a higher density of sensors gives the system more opportunities to maintain a reliable signal, whether someone is on their back, side or shifting position." With these updates, the Pod 6 aims to make advanced sleep technology more accessible and versatile for individual sleepers and couples alike. More people are looking to get the most out of their nightly slumber, turning to high-tech mattresses and bedding to track their sleep data and achieve a perfect night's rest. Now, the brand that once described itself as a "sleep fitness" company has partnered with the "immortal uncle" to offer a way to see how fast you're aging while catching some Z's. Eight Sleep, maker of the buzzy Pod bed cooling system, has just added a biological age feature to help users better understand not just how well they're sleeping - but also how well they're aging. The company developed the latest tech with biohacker and longevity mogul Bryan Johnson, a longtime advocate of prioritizing sleep who has used the Pod for years. "Bryan has spent years focused on measuring the factors that influence the pace of aging," Matteo Franceschetti, co-founder and CEO at Eight Sleep, told The Post. "That perspective helped shape how we think about making longevity data more accessible and useful in everyday life." The Eight Sleep Pod system consists of cooling pillow covers, a mattress cover to track biometric data, a hydro-powered blanket that connects to the cover and a hub, which powers the system. Using sensors built directly into the Pod mattress cover, the new feature measures several biological signs of aging - including heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, sleep stages, and sleep duration - and can account for individual metrics of two people in the same bed at the same time. Users also have the option of connecting a wearable fitness tracker, like an Apple Watch, to add data from their daytime activities and medical records for a more comprehensive picture. Unlike chronological age - the time that's passed since a person's birth - biological age measures the functional condition of a person's cells, tissues and organs. Several factors play a role in how well someone ages biologically, including genetics, weight, environmental exposures and lifestyle habits, such as diet, exercise and, of course, sleep. "Because it is part of the bed, the experience is effortless," Franceschetti explained. "You simply sleep in comfort while the Pod builds a continuous picture of how your body is functioning night after night." To ensure the cover's sensors provided the most accurate results, measurements were validated against clinical gold standards. For instance, sleeping heart rate was 99% accurate compared with an ECG, while respiratory rate was 98% accurate compared with respiratory inductance plethysmography, a tool used to measure lung volume and breathing patterns. "For Biological Age specifically, we trained a new health foundation model using data from more than 100,000 participants and 2.7 million hours of biometric data collected during sleep," Franceschetti explained. "That accuracy is the foundation for Biological Age." Along with biological age, the system also focuses on speed of aging, or the estimated pace at which the body is aging relative to calendar time. While Biological Age and the Pod aren't meant to replace clinical care, consistency is key to fully understanding how someone's health is "changing over time relative to their own baseline, while also comparing those patterns with people of similar age and gender," according to Franceschetti. "I think Eight Sleep customers will love the Biological Age because it can help them build intuition around how their lifestyle choices affect their health," Johnson said in a press release from Eight Sleep. The most current Pod system runs for $2,999 with a five-year warranty. Eight Sleep offers a 30-night risk-free trial, as well as free shipping and free returns.

Eight Sleep pursues FDA clearance for sleep apnea treatment to shift from $3,000 luxury gadget to insurer-backed medical device

Eight Sleep, maker of a $2,999 smart mattress cover, is pursuing FDA clearance to detect and treat sleep apnea. Chief executive Matteo Franceschetti said the filing is progressing "fairly smoothly" and the company is conducting clinical studies. The company aims to position the Pod as a prescription diagnostic device and CPAP alternative, hoping insurers will cover it rather than relying on out-of-pocket purchases. Eight Sleep raised $50 million from Tether in March at a $1.5 billion valuation and was profitable in 2025. The firm has raised over $310 million total and now sells in 35 countries. Cumulative Pod sales exceed $500 million, according to Franceschetti. The company is also conducting trials in Abu Dhabi testing whether the Pod can automatically reposition sleep apnea patients.
