About the job
- Six months of technical support experience, or no experience with a vocational technical school certificate (HDI).
- Experience with Microsoft Windows.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
- Provide hardware and software support for Windows and some Mac desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot user accounts, software, and hardware problems.
- Escalate problems to designated support levels using defined processes.
- Respond to all requests for assistance.
- Log and report each service request.
- Close out trouble calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
