Production Engineer
Beamlink
Expands rural connectivity with ultra-efficient towers
Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Los Angeles, CA (in-person)
Job Type: Full Time (W-2)
Overview:
Half the world still doesn't have stable Internet – want to play a critical role in changing that? Beamlink builds entire cellular networks in a matter of weeks, not years. These are built of easy-to-set-up cells, called Bentocells, which address the historic bottleneck preventing carriers from expanding beyond cities. Our dynamic engineering team designs these in-house along with the firmware, software, and network architectures that make them run.
Role Description: We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team full-time. You will own the production pipeline for the Bentocell — from PCB ordering and international part manufacturing to inventory management — and play a central role in scaling our hardware from prototype to mass production.

Salary/Benefits:
Beamlink builds wireless network infrastructure for carriers to expand service into rural and disaster-prone areas. Its main product is Bentocell towers, ultra-efficient wireless nodes that consume less power than a lightbulb and can self-calibrate during setup, removing the need for existing infrastructure and easing network management. The technology enables quick, low-cost deployment because the towers require minimal power and limited terrestrial support, cutting deployment costs to about 1% of traditional networks. This gives carriers a way to reach the 3.5 billion potential subscribers in underserved regions. Beamlink’s goal is to connect people by providing reliable internet access everywhere, improving access to education, healthcare, and other services.
