Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, marketing, or product specialist roles.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
  • Comfort using a modern, AI-first lightweight technology stack including Claude, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), HubSpot, Asana, and Canva+.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and work effectively in an ambiguous 0-to-1 startup environment.
  • Relationship-building, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a partner contact for Silvur’s digital education and data platform across all active credit union partners.
  • Design and deliver scalable training programs for credit union staff, in-branch teams, and executive stakeholders in collaboration with local Silver Insurance agents.
  • Build repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources for deployment across a large partner portfolio.
  • Support 30+ credit union partners as a point of contact for product questions, support escalations, and program optimization.
  • Build quarterly business reviews and provide materials for proactive check-ins to surface adoption gaps, celebrate wins, and align on goals.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to deepen product usage within existing accounts.
  • Launch and support new partner onboarding end-to-end, from kickoff through full program deployment, using a structured, education-first approach.
  • Coordinate project timelines, training delivery, and onboarding documentation across internal and partner teams.
  • Build an AI-first delivery model and create automations using Claude and ChatGPT to scale partner deliverables.
  • Establish and monitor referral tracking, engagement metrics, and product utilization data across the partner portfolio.
  • Surface insights and trends to internal teams and translate partner feedback into actionable product and process recommendations.
  • Partner with operations, product, and marketing teams to improve member outcomes and influence the product roadmap.
