About the job
- Good understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 deployment and upgrade strategies.
- Understanding of Windows Update for Business, update rings, and patch management via Intune.
- Experience configuring devices using configuration profiles and other Intune features.
- Understanding of compliance policies for Windows and mobile devices.
- Knowledge and experience managing security settings such as BitLocker and security baselines through Intune.
- Experience deploying applications to Windows and mobile devices through Intune.
- Knowledge and understanding of app protection and app configuration policies.
- Experience reporting with Intune and Endpoint Analytics.
- Experience managing Windows and mobile devices using Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of conditional access policies.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting tool.
- Any graduation degree.
- Manage the Microsoft Autopilot, System Center Configuration Manager/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Intune environment.
- Develop and enhance deployment strategies for Windows 11 using Autopilot.
- Manage patching of Windows devices using Intune.
- Manage application installations and upgrades for Windows devices.
- Manage application installations and upgrades for mobile devices.
- Configure mobile and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Create and manage Intune device compliance policies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application deployment, patching, policy compliance, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the Autopilot and Intune environment.
- Periodically review Intune configurations and policies to identify areas for improvement.
- Explore and evaluate new Intune features for applicability in the client environment.
