Requirements
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar field.
  • An anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and December 2029.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Maintain and update reports, trackers, and visual dashboards to provide visibility on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs and support ongoing initiatives.
  • Execute a designated individual or team project and present actionable recommendations and findings to leadership.
  • Develop planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Increase technology knowledge and skills.
  • Develop team-based work proficiencies.

Desired Qualifications
  • Practical or academic project experience developing interactive dashboards and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel through advanced formulas, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and basic data modeling.
  • Prior internship, university research, or capstone project experience analyzing operational datasets to solve real-world business challenges, such as freight or duty optimization, safety stock modeling, or on-time delivery analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex quantitative data into actionable business narratives and present insights to managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, or extracurricular experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
