Requirements

At least three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance; experience in the fintech industry is an advantage.
At least a D3 qualification.
Experience as a Field Collector supervisor or coordinator is preferred.
Must have a motor vehicle and at least a SIM C driving license; a SIM A license is preferred.
Must have good communication and negotiation skills and leadership ability, and be honest, loyal, and able to work toward targets.
Must be able to work hard and cooperate with a team.
Must enjoy field work.
Must have good competence in field collection, particularly field collection for unsecured loans.
Must be able to operate Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor Collection and Recovery performance to ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Provide supervisors with daily, weekly, and monthly reports, information, and feedback on Delinquency and Moving AR target achievement.
Assist collectors with collection efforts in case-specific situations involving customers.
Supervise the team and coach Field Collectors.
Address declining performance among Field Collectors.
Monitor Field Collector visit outcomes and visit counts.
Report and discuss target achievement, problems, and difficulties with supervisors.
Allocate handling territories to individual collectors.
Manage and monitor consumer payments.
Analyze customer handling and report the analysis to supervisors.
Review and approve visit plans.
Report and discuss branch target achievement, problems, and difficulties with supervisors.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in the fintech industry.
Experience as a Field Collector supervisor or coordinator.
A SIM A driving license.

Job Description

Mengelola dan memonitoring kinerja Collection dan Recovery untuk memastikan pencapaian target yang telah ditentukan.
Memberikan laporan, informasi dan feedback terhadap atasan terhadap pencapaian target Deliquency, Moving AR secara harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
Membantu kolektor dalam melakukan upaya penagihan terhadap customer yang bersifat kasus.
Mensupervisi tim serta memberikan coaching bagi Field Collector.
Memberikan penanganan terhadap Field Collector yang performanya menurun.
Monitoring hasil kunjungan dan jumlah kunjungan Field Collector
Melaporkan dan mendiskusikan pencapaian target, masalah dan kesulitan yang dialami kepada atasan.
Membagi wilayah penanganan untuk masing-masing collector.
Mengelola dan monitoring pembayaran konsumen.
Memberikan analisa penanganan konsumen dan melaporkannya ke atasan.
Melakukan review dan memberikan persetujuan terhadap rencana kunjungan.
Melaporkan dan mendiskusikan pencapaian target cabang, masalah dan kesulitan yang dialami kepada atasan.

Qualifications

Minimal pengalaman 3 tahun di bank / leasing dan atau multifinance (mempunyai pengalaman di industri fintech akan menjadi nilai tambah)
Minimal pendidikan D3
Lebih diutamakan bagi yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai supervisor/koordinator Field Collector
Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan minimal SIM C (SIM A lebih disukai)
Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi dan negosasi yang baik serta memiliki leadership yang baik, jujur, loyal, serta mampu bekerja dengan target
Mampu bekerja keras dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan
Mempunyai kompetensi yang baik terutama di bidang field collection (penagihan lapangan) untuk pinjaman tanpa jaminan
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
