  • Ability to independently retrieve and analyze data and use it to pressure-test product direction.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to discuss system architecture meaningfully with engineers.

  • Ability to prioritize strategy and define what should and should not be built.
  • Excellent writing skills for producing one-pagers, briefs, and narratives that move decisions forward.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS and understanding the needs of support teams compared with end consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Set the vision and strategy for the Conversations group and determine how Inbox and Copilot evolve together as an experience where AI makes support professionals faster without interrupting their workflow.
  • Drive the Inbox roadmap hands-on, developing the workspace where channels come together and users spend their time, with speed, reliability, and polish as differentiators.
  • Drive the Copilot roadmap hands-on, including integrations, contextual summaries, suggestions, and in-the-moment assistance for support teams.
  • Own product monetization across seats and AI usage, design packaging that increases the value of each seat as Copilot expands, and collaborate with partners to model the impact of products shipped.
  • Partner with the Autonomy group on shared product surfaces and ensure the seams between the groups are invisible to customers.
  • Spend time with customers to understand how support professionals and their leaders work and where AI helps or hinders them.
  • Partner with go-to-market and customer success teams to clarify the Conversations product story, strengthen adoption, and feed customer feedback into the roadmap.
  • Build and manage the Conversations product management team as it grows, coaching for judgment and raising product craft across the group.
