Requirements

Two to five years of total experience, including zero to three years in a similar role.
Customer orientation and strong coordination and organization skills.
High-level communication skills.
Administration skills on XenApp and XenDesktop.
Experience with Citrix Cloud, Azure, PowerShell, XenApp 6.5 and 7.x, RDS, Windows Server, Citrix streaming, User Profile Management, Workspace Environment Management, Provisioning Services, monitoring, Group Policy, Active Directory, and networking.
Ability to troubleshoot Citrix issues.

Responsibilities

Monitor the operational environment.
Handle escalations and de-escalations according to the process flow instructions.
Handle tickets and assign them according to the process flow instructions.
Provide first-level operational support.
