Requirements
  • At least 2 years in a quota-carrying inside sales or account management role, including prospecting through closing.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication, consultative selling, objection handling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization and time management, with disciplined use of customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools.
  • High personal integrity and professionalism, with a team-first attitude.

  • Reliable daily attendance and punctuality to serve customers and support team coverage.
  • Ability to maintain focus, productivity, and responsiveness throughout the workday.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close business by building and managing a pipeline of new and existing accounts, conducting discovery, delivering proposals, negotiating, and closing to weekly, monthly, and annual quotas.
  • Own the territory plan by analyzing funnel metrics, prioritizing high-probability opportunities, and adjusting tactics based on prospect and client feedback.
  • Manage inbound leads, perform scheduled outbound outreach, set appointments, and follow up promptly.
  • Master the shred-services portfolio to create solutions, handle objections, and position value.
  • Collaborate with outside sales, operations, and customer service to support smooth implementations and a strong client experience.
  • Use the CRM to document activity, forecast accurately, and maintain current opportunity records.
  • Address escalations professionally and resolve issues quickly with leadership support.
  • Meet or exceed activity and revenue quotas, and maintain reliable pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.

Vital Records Control (VRC), a provider of information governance services, has acquired AI platform company AskTuring. The acquisition expands VRC's artificial intelligence capabilities within its technology stack. AskTuring provides AI technology that helps organisations securely access, understand, and use information within their data repositories. VRC plans to integrate AskTuring's technology into its service offerings, including VitalControl®, enabling customers to gain greater insight into information stored physically or digitally. "The acquisition of AskTuring gives us additional AI capabilities that complement our existing technology and creates new opportunities," said Danny Palo, CEO of VRC.
