Requirements
  • You have completed commercial training in an IT operation or training as an IT specialist.
  • Experience procuring software, licenses, maintenance, and support, or experience in financial services, is helpful but not required.
  • You work analytically and in a structured manner and demonstrate self-control.
  • You have strong service and customer orientation toward internal departments, users, and providers.
Responsibilities
  • Process orders for procuring software and services according to defined requirements.
  • Review and quality-assure compliance with laws, governance, regulatory requirements, compliance, data protection, and processes together with the relevant experts.
  • Request missing documents and maintain audit-proof documentation.
  • Support market inquiries and requests for quotations for new or modified external services.
  • Coordinate the organizational execution of market inquiries and quotation requests, including alignment with procurement, document collection, deadline compliance, acceptances and rejections, and transfer to the ordering process.
  • Create purchase orders in the ordering system.
  • Record goods receipts based on delivery documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, communicating with the requesting department, financial accounting, financial controlling, and service providers.
  • Review formal regulatory requirements and compliance aspects according to defined guidelines.
  • Involve experts when clarification is needed and ensure timely resolution.
