The centre enables customers, including quick service restaurants and retailers, to work alongside CHG's experts to develop bespoke bakery innovations. It follows tens of millions of pounds of investment in UK manufacturing capabilities, including a £38 million Coventry bakery opened in 2023 that produces roughly 72,000 buns per hour.
