- Provide evidence-based behavioral health treatment to patients with cancer through telehealth using video and phone.
- Conduct structured assessments of the mental and behavioral health and functioning of oncology patients referred by partner cancer centers and clinics.
- Develop treatment plans based on assessment results using the organization’s evidence-based modular treatment approach.
- Implement treatment modules and conduct ongoing progress assessments to guide next steps in care and make changes based on patient progress.
- Maintain a patient registry aligned with Collaborative Care Model requirements.
- Participate in weekly consultation meetings with the consulting psychiatrist.
- Communicate and collaborate with oncology teams about patient progress and recommendations, and attend care coordination meetings as needed.
- Maintain a patient caseload targeting 65% patient-facing time.
- Participate in required initial and ongoing training.
- Use between-session messaging as indicated to support patients.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and department meetings.
- If licensed, maintain licensure in the home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Certification or proficiency to practice in Spanish or Mandarin.
