About the job
- A minimum of five years in an information technology leadership role.
- A minimum of three years supporting an enterprise resource planning system, preferably Sage X3.
- Experience administering server hardware and management software, RAID and network-attached storage systems.
- Experience administering Windows Server 2012 R2 through 2016, including Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience administering Microsoft Exchange 365 Hybrid.
- Experience administering Microsoft Office 2016 or higher.
- Experience administering Cisco routers, virtual private networks, and managed switches.
- Experience administering Mitel or another voice over Internet Protocol system.
- Administer, maintain, and support the Windows server infrastructure.
- Administer, maintain, and support the Sage X3 enterprise resource planning system and related integration, automation, and reporting systems.
- Administer, maintain, and support ACD's Magento-based e-commerce site and its Sage X3 integration.
- Administer, maintain, and support Windows desktops, including Microsoft Office 365.
- Administer, maintain, and support the hybrid Exchange and Microsoft 365 email system.
- Administer, maintain, and support the Mitel voice over Internet Protocol system.
- Maintain support contracts, internet domain renewals, and system licenses.
- Provide guidance and conduct research on directed projects.
- Attend meetings and work with other departments to move projects forward.
- Manage and support the work of one Support Specialist.
- Some development experience in ASP.NET and VB.NET is a plus.
- Experience with electronic data interchange is a plus.
