Requirements
  • Hands-on experience working on frontend and backend software systems.
  • The technology stack includes TypeScript; backend is GraphQl / Node-based service; frontend uses React.
  • You are first and foremost a builder and are excited about spending 80% or more of your time actively developing software.

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver major customer-facing components end-to-end.
  • Understand customer needs, help compile sprint requirements, and ship core product features.
  • Focus primarily on designing and building user-facing tools.

It analyzes feedback and turns it into actionable insights, so teams can improve products and services faster. The product works by taking customer input, processing it to identify needs and trends, and presenting clear recommendations, reducing the time spent on feedback from about 15–20 hours per month to 1–2 hours. Unlike some competitors, Unwrap.ai emphasizes delivering concrete, actionable insights and time savings for B2B teams through a subscription model. The company’s goal is to help product teams build better products, increase customer satisfaction, and make data-driven product decisions.
