About the Company

OHM Advisors

Plans and designs infrastructure for communities

OHM Advisors plans and designs infrastructure, buildings, and public spaces for public agencies and private clients through teams that combine architecture and engineering with community planning. Its work includes the redesign of Detroit's Roosevelt Park, where it turned community feedback into plans for a unified park with walking paths and bike access. Teams turn site surveys and community input into designs, then oversee contractors during construction; consulting agreements pay OHM fees for defined project work. Its services cover roads and utilities as well as buildings and outdoor spaces, so clients use one firm across several stages of a project. Founded in Detroit in 1962, OHM is headquartered in Livonia, Michigan.
