Project Sales Executive - South

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Promote and sell Jotun’s products by giving technical advice and facilitating the sales along with after-sales support to achieve the sales target at the designated area/chain and ensure Jotun is a preferred supplier in the market.

This position will be reporting to Reginal Sales Manager - South, and focus on Southern area of Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the sales team, supported strategy and sales targets by serving and giving technical advice to customers at designated stores to support the growth of Decorative paints.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by thoroughly understanding all of Jotun’s decorative products and their features, advantages, and benefits to advise and serve all customers to increase Jotun in designated stores and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Ensure the correct level of stock by monitoring inventory levels, doing periodical stock counts, top sales products, non-moving/slow-moving as well as damaged items, and influence designated stores to manage the stock to ensure an assortment that is fit-for-purpose

• Ensure that the Jotun store/area and displays always look inviting, professional, and welcoming to customers and in line with local, regional, and group promotional and marketing guidelines.

• Tint products, measure colors according to specification/customer demand, and ensure the Multicolor machines are well maintained.

• Act as an ambassador for Jotun’s products in the designated area to motivate the personnel of client shops to know Jotun products and sell them when the Jotun Wholesale Store Representative is not in the Shop.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree of sales and marketing or related fields.

• Have working experiences in Sales 3-5 years as Sales executive.

• Ability to work fast and calm under pressure.

• Multitask, Time Management, Presentation skulls, Proactive, Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft excel for data manipulation, analysis and visualization.

• Fluent in Thai language and Good in written & spoken English
