Sonos

Wireless multi-room speakers with Trueplay tuning

Sonos makes wireless home audio systems with speakers that can be placed in multiple rooms to create a seamless, home-wide listening experience. Its products work via Wi-Fi, are controlled through a dedicated app, and use Trueplay tuning to adapt the sound to the room’s acoustics for balanced, high-quality audio. The setup is designed to be easy and consumer-friendly, with a direct-to-consumer model and support through a help line. What sets Sonos apart from competitors is its combination of room-wide wireless synchronization, room-adaptive tuning (Trueplay), and a focused ecosystem that emphasizes simple installation and strong partnerships with artists and producers to fine-tune sound. Its goal is to provide reliable, premium, multi-room audio that sounds good in any room and scales from a single speaker to a complete home sound system.
