Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- CPR certification is required.
- The ability to show compassion and empathy toward residents and associates is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as medication reminders.
- Identify residents’ physical and cognitive changes and make appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communications to appropriate associates.
- Assist residents with leisure-time programming, including escorting them to and from activities.
- Assist with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and their updates.
Desired Qualifications
- One to two or more years of caregiving experience is preferred.
