- At least five years of experience in a financial analytics or operational analytics environment is required.
- Experience assessing financial strategy, conducting impact analysis, and creating dynamic models to support what-if scenarios is required.
- Experience building complex data models fed from multiple data sources is required.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing are required.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow and debt service coverage ratio models, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for large infrastructure transactions with project and corporate finance structures.
- Analyze financial statements and perform in-depth financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and assumptions for model inputs.
- Conduct industry and company research to support project and transaction recommendations.
- Participate in client and team meetings and discussions, providing analytical insights and advice.
- Maintain and update models based on project activity and projections.
- Support a complex portfolio of projects after loan closure.
- Ensure model accuracy while enhancing the quality of existing models.
- Recommend and implement process improvement measures.
