Hi-Way Paving is seeking an experienced, hands-on Grade Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will lead a crew of operators and laborers while overseeing equipment, meeting production goals, and managing schedule requirements on construction projects.
Location: Currently located in Aiken, SC (with future travel required to various job sites including Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN, and other sites TBD)
