  • A track record of planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and campaigns end to end.
  • Experience running gifting programs and webinar series as part of a pipeline-generation motion.
  • Experience owning a budget and being measured on marketing-qualified leads, pipeline sourced or influenced, and conversion to closed-won customers.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at different stages without dropping details.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and revenue-operations tooling, including HubSpot or a similar customer relationship management system, gifting platforms, webinar platforms, and UTM/source tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Content.

  • Coordinate with Content and Demand Generation so field campaigns reinforce the broader marketing calendar.
  • Design and run always-on and campaign-specific gifting motions targeted at key accounts and champions.

  • Instrument every program with source and campaign tracking before launch.
  • Report on marketing-qualified leads generated, pipeline created and influenced, and conversion to closed-won customers.
  • Calculate program-level return on investment, including cost per marketing-qualified lead, cost per pipeline dollar, and cost per closed-won customer, and use it to decide what to scale, fix, or cut.
  • Bring a monthly field marketing scorecard to go-to-market leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or bachelor's of science degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, construction, or another complex business-to-business industry.

What believers are saying

  • May 2026 released COR Pricing Agent, Plexxis integration, and expanded file support.
  • March 2026 added Sage Intacct and Procore contract mapping, deepening ERP integrations.
  • Turner and Suffolk deployments create reference accounts that speed enterprise sales cycles.

What critics are saying

  • Procore shipped modernized change orders in January 2026, compressing Clearstory’s differentiation window.
  • Clearstory’s AI pricing agent stayed in beta through July 2026, limiting enterprise trust.
  • If Procore or Autodesk bundle equivalent workflows, Clearstory becomes a niche feature.

What makes Clearstory unique

  • Clearstory owns a shared change-order network, with 14k contractors and $2.1B monthly CORs.
  • Suffolk standardized Clearstory across its national portfolio in March 2026.
  • Turner used Clearstory on 350+ projects and joined its customer advisory board.
