Tri City National Bank launches Alkami's Digital Sales & Service Platform to extend hometown banking in the digital channel.

Tri City National Bank launches Alkami's Digital Sales & Service Platform to extend hometown banking in the digital channel. Plano, TX (September 2, 2026) | Alkami Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALKT) ("Alkami"), a digital sales and service platform provider for financial institutions in the U.S., today announced that Tri City National Bank (Tri City), a community bank serving Southeastern Wisconsin for more than 60 years, is now live with the Alkami Digital Sales & Service Platform. The comprehensive suite includes Alkami's Onboarding & Account Opening Solution, Digital Banking Solution, and the Data & Marketing Solution. Through the Alkami Digital Sales & Service Platform, Tri City is bringing together account opening, digital banking, and data and marketing capabilities into one cohesive digital experience designed to help the bank onboard, engage, and grow customer relationships. The launch supports Tri City's commitment to delivering the personal, community-focused service its customers expect, while giving the bank the agility to adapt quickly to evolving digital expectations. "At Tri City, community banking means meeting people where they are, whether they walk into a branch and someone knows them by name, or they choose to bank digitally," said Nick Bandoch, senior vice president and chief brand officer at Tri City. "Those everyday conversations that once happened naturally in the branch are happening differently now, and we need to be able to recognize customer needs and deliver relevant solutions in digital moments. We chose Alkami because its team is strategically focused on the digital experience and is agile enough to help us adapt faster, anticipate customer needs, and continue delivering the kind of personal service that has always defined Tri City." As financial institutions look for ways to deepen relationships across every stage of the customer lifecycle, Alkami's unified Platform helps data-informed bankers turn insight into action. By combining onboarding and account opening, digital banking, and data and marketing capabilities, the Platform enables institutions like Tri City to create more connected experiences, identify opportunities earlier, and deliver timely, relevant engagement across digital channels. "Tri City National Bank has built a strong legacy around hometown service and meaningful customer relationships," said Benjamin Conant, chief product officer at Alkami. "Through the Alkami Digital Sales & Service Platform, Tri City is extending that same relationship-driven approach into the digital channel. We are proud to support their vision and help them deliver experiences that are more connected, personalized, and responsive to the needs of their customers." The launch gives Tri City a strong foundation for continuing to evolve its digital experience and deliver connected, relevant experiences as customer expectations change. Alkami provides a digital sales and service platform for U.S. banks and credit unions. Its unified Platform integrates onboarding, digital banking, and data and marketing - each solution can stand alone, but together they deliver more - to help institutions onboard, engage, and grow relationships.
