About the company

Chattermill builds a customer experience intelligence platform that unifies feedback from surveys, reviews, social media, support tickets, and chats, using AI to extract themes, sentiment, and actionable insights. The system ingests data from multiple channels and uses deep-learning to analyze unstructured text in real time, linking insights to business metrics like NPS and CSAT; Copilot provides a conversational interface to query data. It differentiates itself by decoding nuanced feedback and providing a unified, real-time view across sources, rather than relying on siloed surveys. Its goal is to help large organizations understand customer input, connect it to outcomes, and act quickly to improve retention and satisfaction while expanding in the US and Europe.
