Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties.
- Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
- Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain company safety standards.
- Perform all necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins.
