  • Hands-on working knowledge of Acronis partner and billing operations, or demonstrable depth in a comparable cloud vendor platform and the capacity to become the Acronis subject matter expert quickly.
  • Experience resolving billing discrepancies, subscription changes, and account lifecycle actions in a reseller or distribution model.
  • Experience with ticketing systems; Zendesk is preferred, while Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or Dynamics are acceptable.

  • Provide expert support across Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) licensing, subscription changes, and billing reconciliation, as well as AWS billing and account queries.
  • Resolve complex partner issues end to end, including billing discrepancies, charge disputes, invoice reconciliation, subscription transfers, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations, account provisioning, unlinking, offboarding, and credit issuance.
  • Work with vendor support teams, Partner Development Managers, and internal Billing, Accounts Payable, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Own and maintain documented runbooks and standard operating procedures for Acronis processes.

  • Build partner-facing knowledge base content and Zendesk macros for recurring issues, and support onboarding of new team members.
  • Own an assigned partner queue while maintaining service-level agreement adherence, ticket hygiene, and accurate status management in Zendesk.
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and address them through process changes, automation, or upstream fixes.
  • Contribute to improving service-level agreement adherence, first-contact resolution, mean time to resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams on partner communications and case intake quality; Finance and Billing teams on invoice validation and credit processing; Credit and Collections on payment disputes and account holds; and Operations teams on account lifecycle execution.
  • Track vendor-specific ticket trends and report systemic issues, process gaps, and automation opportunities to leadership.

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft CSP billing and licensing.
  • Exposure to AWS Billing & Cost Management, including Cost Explorer, Cost and Usage Reports, and Budgets, and reseller margin structures.
  • Acronis, Microsoft, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications.
  • Experience in a distribution or managed service provider-facing support environment.
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or artificial intelligence transformation.

About the Company

Ingram Micro

Distributes IT hardware and software to resellers

Ingram Micro is a technology distributor that sits between the companies that make IT products and the resellers, managed service providers and retailers that sell them to businesses. Its Xvantage digital platform lets partners search catalogs, check pricing, place orders and manage cloud subscriptions in one place. Behind the platform, it runs warehouses and logistics across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, plus services such as device repair, reverse logistics and IT asset disposal. It makes money on the spread between what it pays vendors and what resellers pay, plus fees for cloud and lifecycle services.
