Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, community relations, or customer service is required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify innovative strategies to engage patients with WellBe services by gaining their agreement to schedule an enrollment visit with a WellBe provider.
  • Conduct outbound telephonic outreach to educate and engage patients.
  • Conduct field outreach through home visits for patients who have not been successfully engaged through telephonic outreach.
  • Use critical-thinking skills to create outreach strategies that maximize patient awareness and engagement with WellBe.
  • Meet or exceed monthly engagement targets.
  • Complete daily reporting and documentation and manage the outreach pipeline to prioritize telephonic and field-based outreach to patients.
  • Overcome patient objections through persuasive conversations and solution-based discussions.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure they keep their scheduled initial enrollment visit.
  • Collaborate with the provider relations team to build awareness of WellBe's benefits through health fairs, presentations at senior buildings, canvassing, and activities in communities with high densities of WellBe-eligible patients.
  • Provide exceptional, compassionate patient experiences.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and electronic medical record applications is preferred.

WellBe Senior Medical has appointed four new leadership team members as the home-based medical care provider scales operations across the US. The company now serves over 120,000 patients in eight states. The new hires include Shafina Shehnaz as chief financial officer, bringing experience from Optum Health where she served as CFO of the care delivery arm. Sabita Lahiri joins as chief transformation officer after leading clinical strategy at Landmark Health for seven years. Dr Katrina Booth, a board-certified geriatrician, becomes chief medical officer, whilst Cammile Bird takes on the role of senior vice president of engagement. CEO Dr Jeff Kang said the appointments will help deliver personalised at-home care as WellBe enters "a pivotal chapter of growth".
