- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and engage with customers to deliver a positive guest experience.
- Recommend craft beers, cocktails, and menu items based on guest preferences.
- Mix cocktails accurately and maintain consistency and presentation standards.
- Promote and present the bar menu, including seasonal offerings and brewery products.
- Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Restock and replenish inventory and bar supplies as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and a positive team environment.
- Foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that reflects the company brand.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and beverage regulations.
