Responsibilities
  • Partnering and working with teams across the organization to increase the impact of research, insights, and data
  • Strategic project management working on projects that have a real impact on our business
  • Developing leadership skills through feedback and coaching from senior leaders as well as executive and peer mentors
  • Analysis by identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and performing data modeling and analysis to facilitate strategic decisions
  • Storytelling through strong communication skills and familiarity using a variety of data visualization techniques to disseminate insights and develop actionable recommendations
