Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families.
  • Obtain and verify all required patient and insurance information and accurately enter it into the registration system.
  • Schedule patient appointments, including return office visits, referrals, and diagnostic testing or procedures.
  • Greet patients professionally in person and over the telephone and respond effectively to patients and their families.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate degree is preferred for the specialist track.
