About the Job

Requirements

You have an hbo- or wo-level degree, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or Mechatronics.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience with process improvement in a technical or logistics environment.
You have experience with mechanization, software, and processes in a warehouse.
You are strong in stakeholder management and communicate clearly.
You are analytical, practically minded, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

Improve the technology behind the warehouse returns flow.
Coordinate conveyor belts, automated storage, and returns software so they work effectively together.
Use data, capacity calculations, and new ideas to make returns faster, smarter, and more stable.

Functie-eisen

Je hebt een hbo- of wo-diploma in bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde of Mechatronica.
Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring met procesverbetering in een technische of logistieke omgeving.
Ervaring met mechanisatie, software en processen in een warehouse.
Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en helder communiceren.
Analytisch, praktisch aangelegd en oplossingsgericht.
