Requirements
  • Fresh university graduate or candidate with initial relevant experience, with strong technical understanding and initiative.
  • Experience with or strong interest in automation tools, application programming interfaces, artificial-intelligence agents, or similar technologies.
  • Strong process understanding and ability to identify manual work that can be replaced with automation and implement the solution systematically.

Responsibilities
  • Own the artificial-intelligence-powered ticket copilot from requirements definition through technical development and integration with Velaris, Airtable, and HubSpot.
  • Advance automation of ticket assignment, solution suggestions, and customer communication.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries by telephone and email to identify recurring problems, edge cases, and process gaps.
  • Feed customer-support insights into the agent and knowledge base.
  • Evaluate, implement, and develop the operations team's tooling, including ticketing systems and automation platforms.
  • Identify automation opportunities with Finance, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams and develop solutions across the operations area.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback, prioritize requirements, and ensure automation solutions are adopted and continuously improved.
  • Develop the ticket copilot end to end, integrate tools, launch automations, and identify further operations automation opportunities.

It differentiates itself by offering a one-stop service that covers analysis, procurement, supply, and cloud-based energy data analytics plus intelligent asset control for batteries and charging stations, helping with peak load and ESG reporting.
