Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, repeat physical motions during a shift, operate equipment and hand tools with manual dexterity and close visual attention, and carry or lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
Must be eager to learn the carpentry trade
Must own your own basic carpenter and safety tools, and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in preparing solid wood a plus
Punctual, safety oriented and cleanliness
Ability to handle physical workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills. Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a manufacturing and production floor environment. At times, machines and hand tools may create noise exposure that is within sound level parameters.
