Fountain Residential Partners selects Greystar to manage Treehaus.

Fountain Residential Partners selects Greystar to manage Treehaus. Seneca, SC, October 8, 2026, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Fountain Residential Partners today announced that Greystar has taken over management of Treehaus Townhomes and Flats, a student housing community with 168 apartments in Seneca, S.C., near Clemson University. The community, which offers 488 beds across a mix of townhomes and flats, began welcoming students in August 2026. "We're proud of what Treehaus brings to the Clemson area, and we're confident Greystar's professional management will continue building on that by delivering a great resident experience," said Brent Little, President of Fountain Residential Partners. "As one of the largest and most experienced property managers in the country, Greystar gives residents a level of service and responsiveness that matches the quality of the community we built. Treehaus creates a true neighborhood feel while giving students a fun, connected place to call home." "We're incredibly excited to bring Greystar's management expertise to Fountain Residential's Treehaus," said Jennifer King, Senior Managing Director of Real Estate, Student Living, for Greystar. "Our onsite team is the backbone of the resident experience and strives every day to make Treehaus feel like home through their passion, care, and commitment to excellence." Treehaus was built to stand apart from typical off-campus apartments, and the amenity package reflects that. Residents have access to a sauna, cold plunge pool, tanning bed and red-light therapy, a lineup of wellness features rarely found together at a student housing community. The community also offers a large swimming pool with expansive lounge seating, grilling stations, pickleball courts, a fitness center and yoga studio, a game room, a clubhouse, a study lounge, an outdoor entertainment lounge, a dog park, a business center, EV charging stations, and a complimentary shuttle service to campus. A local coffee shop is also planned for the front of the community, giving residents and neighbors a gathering spot without having to leave the premises. Every residence at Treehaus comes fully furnished and includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a 65-inch TV, granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, and an individual patio or balcony. Treehaus sits just minutes from Clemson University's campus, putting residents close to classes, athletics and campus life. The surrounding area offers a wide range of dining, including Traditions on the Lake, Tipsy Taco, LongHorn Steakhouse, Evolve, East Coast Wings, Your Pie, Mellow Mushroom, and Pixie & Bills. Everyday shopping is also close by at Food Lion, Aldi, Walmart, Michaels, Ulta, Marshalls, and Uptown Cheapskate, along with a variety of local boutiques. For nightlife, residents can head to places such as Esso Club, Tiger Town Tavern, Study Hall, Roar, Charleston Sports Club, Backstreets and Itsurwiener. ### About Fountain Residential Partners Fountain Residential Partners is a privately held development and asset management company specializing in luxury, mixed-use, and affordable apartment homes in university and collegiate markets across the United States. Irish commercial property investment tops €2bn in first nine months of 2026.

Irish commercial property investment tops €2bn in first nine months of 2026. Investment in Irish commercial property has surpassed €2 billion in the first nine months of 2026, marking the strongest performance for the period since 2022, according to new research from Savills. The latest figures show that €649 million was invested across 20 transactions during the third quarter. While the total was 6.5% lower than the €694 million recorded in Q3 2025, the average transaction size increased significantly. The average deal reached €32 million during the quarter, compared with €20 million in the same period last year. Savills expects activity to remain strong through the final quarter, with the current transaction pipeline indicating that total investment could reach approximately €3 billion for the full year. Residential property was the largest investment sector during the third quarter, accounting for 39% of total activity. Offices followed with a 29% share, while logistics represented 25%. Retail accounted for 6% of investment, with mixed-use properties making up the remaining 1%. The largest transaction of the quarter was the €180 million acquisition of Quayside Quarter in Dublin's North Docklands by Quantum Immobilien from Greystar. - Advertisement - The 268-unit residential development marks Quantum Immobilien's first investment in the Irish market. The second-largest transaction was BNY Mellon's €160 million acquisition of The Shipping Office in Dublin 2 from Marlet. BNY Mellon already occupies a significant proportion of the recently completed South Docks office development. Logistics also recorded a strong quarter, with Realty Income acquiring a portfolio of industrial properties from DSV in a €70 million sale and leaseback transaction. An Irish pension fund also acquired an off-market industrial portfolio for €39 million. Institutional investors continued to account for the majority of activity during the quarter, representing 63% of purchases and four of the five largest transactions. US investors were particularly active, accounting for 47% of total investment volumes. According to Savills, this was the highest quarterly share recorded by US investors since the second quarter of 2016. European investors accounted for a further 39% of investment during the period. Kevin McMahon, Director of Investments at Savills Ireland, said: "The most significant feature of the market this year has been the return of larger transactions. Construction Group has now passed €2 billion for the first nine months of the year, but just as importantly, the average deal size increased by 60% in the third quarter. "There is clearly capital available for good Irish assets, and Construction Group is seeing that across all sectors rather than in one part of the market alone. The level of international activity is also encouraging. US and European buyers accounted for the vast majority of investment during the quarter, while Quantum Immobilien's acquisition of Quayside Quarter brought another new European investor into Ireland. "We have a good pipeline of transactions moving through the market and, on that basis, we expect investment volumes to reach approximately €3 billion by year-end. Financing conditions have become more challenging again, however, so pricing, asset quality and stable cashflow growth will remain important as we move into the final quarter."

Greystar appoints Tom Livelli to lead Asia-Pacific.

Greystar appoints Tom Livelli to lead Asia-Pacific. * Experienced global residential leader returns to Greystar as Head of Asia-Pacific, based in Sydney * Appointment reinforces Greystar's conviction in the long-term opportunity for rental housing across Asia-Pacific * Established regional platform spans six offices and more than 250 team members across Tokyo, Sydney, Melbourne, Shanghai, Singapore and Seoul * Approximately US$3.9 billion in assets under management across more than 11,500 rental units and beds in the region Sydney, 15 September 2026 - Greystar, a global leader in rental housing, today announced the appointment of Tom Livelli as Executive Director, Head of Asia-Pacific, strengthening its regional leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth across its vertically integrated investment, development and property management platform in the region. Livelli, who previously spent six years at Greystar building and leading its South America business, will be based in Sydney, working with an experienced group of leaders and local teams across Australia, Japan, China, Singapore and South Korea. He will take up the role in early 2027. The appointment comes as Greystar sees significant long-term opportunity for rental housing in Asia-Pacific. The region represents more than half of the world's population and many of the world's fastest-growing cities. Greystar believes continued growth and urbanisation, combined with housing supply-demand imbalances across the region, are driving sustained demand for rental housing and creating a compelling long-term opportunity for global investors. Since entering Asia-Pacific in 2017, Greystar has spent nearly a decade building the local presence and capabilities to capitalise on these opportunities. Today, the firm has US$3.9 billion in assets under management across more than 11,500 rental units and beds and over 250 team members across the region[1], combining local investment, development and property management expertise with the resources, capital relationships and operating insight of one of the world's largest rental housing platforms. Recent investments through Greystar's Asia-Pacific value-add strategy demonstrate the breadth of the platform. In Australia, Greystar completed the A$1.6 billion acquisition of a 5,662-bed student housing portfolio in 2025, establishing significant scale in the country's student housing sector. In Japan, Greystar has acquired more than 5,500 rental units across more than 180 properties since entering the market in 2020 and is actively recycling capital, completing dispositions across 77 properties comprising more than 2,700 homes through the first quarter of 2026. Bob Faith, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Greystar, said: "Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC has high conviction in the long-term investment and business case for rental housing in Asia-Pacific. For global investors, the opportunity is not simply the scale of the region, but the ability to access fundamentally different residential markets and return drivers within a single region. Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC believe that creates an increasingly important role for Asia-Pacific in global real estate portfolios and a significant opportunity for specialist managers that can invest selectively and execute locally. "Our ambition is to be at the forefront of that growth, and Tom is the right leader to take our business forward. He knows Greystar and has already demonstrated his ability to build and lead a high-performing, vertically integrated platform and deliver for our investors. Alongside our established country leaders and teams, Tom brings further leadership depth and international investment, development and property management experience as we pursue our long-term ambitions for Asia-Pacific." Wes Fuller, Chief Investment Officer, Greystar, said: "One of Greystar's greatest advantages is the depth of data and operating insight generated by a global platform of more than 1.1 million homes and beds. Combined with its investment in technology and AI, that gives its teams increasingly powerful tools to identify opportunities, understand risk and make better-informed investment decisions. "Tom has built and led vertically integrated platforms across multiple continents and market cycles. He understands that translating global capital and data into successful investment outcomes requires judgement earned on the ground, market by market. That's especially true in Asia-Pacific, where rental housing is at very different stages of maturity - from Japan, one of the world's most established multifamily markets, to Australia and other markets where the institutional rental sector is still emerging, each with distinct market dynamics." During his previous six years at Greystar, Livelli built and led its South America business. Under his leadership, the platform surpassed approximately US$800 million in assets under management, completing 19 investments and 8 third-party management contracts totalling approximately 6,000 units[2]. Livelli also raised Greystar's first discretionary commingled fund in Chile and established major institutional investment partnerships. He brings more than 20 years of international real estate investment, development and property management experience. [1] As of 30 June 2026. AUM includes the portion of the current regulatory assets under management ("RAUM") of Greystar Investment Group, LLC (the "RIA") attributable to the Asia Pacific platform as well as Asia Pacific real estate investments organized by affiliates of Greystar Real Estate Partners ("GREP") and Asia Pacific real estate projects for which affiliates of GREP serve as the primary developer, manager or operator. The investment adviser's (GIG's) regulatory assets under management were $36.5 billion globally as of December 31, 2025.
