About the job
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least four years of experience as a consultant or business development leader across multiple industries.
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and lead with internal stakeholders across departments.
- Ability to make progress in situations without clear answers.
- Ability to communicate with customers and multiple stakeholders.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Must be located in Susono or able to commute to Susono.
- Be responsible for the success of Inventors at Inventor Lab and Woven City.
- Serve as a consultant to Inventors at Woven City and support their success.
- Communicate with Inventors to clarify their needs and support them in achieving their goals.
- Define Inventor Lab business requirements based on customer needs, including unmet needs, and work with product teams to create competitive solutions through consulting.
- At least two years of account management experience, including coordination with technical teams.
- Experience at a startup or in new business development.
- Knowledge of data and AI applications in business.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services.
- Negotiation and consensus-building skills.
- Experience learning about fields outside one's area of expertise.
