About the job

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing program or project management, integrated campaign delivery, or marketing operations, including significant time at a senior level.
  • A proven track record personally managing complex, high-visibility, multi-channel marketing programs in a fast-paced B2B environment, working directly with senior marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive accountability across functions without direct authority.
  • Experience establishing program management standards, tools, or practices that other teams adopted, and mentoring other project or program management professionals.
  • Strong working knowledge of how marketing moves from brief to content creation, channel activation, launch, and performance reporting.
  • Practical fluency across core marketing channels, including email, web, webinars, events, paid media, organic social, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience running an integrated marketing calendar or equivalent planning system across multiple teams and channels.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, present trade-offs, and escalate risks with recommendations.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
  • Personally own end-to-end delivery of marketing’s largest and most complex cross-functional programs, from intake and planning through launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Translate go-to-market and marketing priorities into integrated roadmaps, milestone plans, dependency maps, and risk registers.
  • Co-own execution alongside functional leads, partnering with product marketing on launches, brand on creative delivery, and demand generation on campaign activation.
  • Ensure campaign briefs, objectives, audience definitions, content requirements, channel plans, measurement plans, and launch criteria are agreed before work enters execution.
  • Manage portfolio-level visibility across concurrent programs, including prioritization, capacity trade-offs, escalation, and delivery risk mitigation.
  • Own the integrated marketing calendar as the shared view of what marketing is delivering and when, using it to drive sequencing, prioritization, and capacity conversations.
  • Establish and run a center of excellence for program and project management across marketing, raising the rigor, consistency, and maturity of how work is coordinated and delivered.
  • Build the foundational toolkit other teams use to run their own work, including intake models, briefing standards, project templates, milestone and dependency frameworks, risk and status reporting formats, and launch checklists.
  • Define and socialize standards and best practices for marketing execution, and help teams adopt them in a way that improves speed and quality rather than adding process for its own sake.
  • Serve as the lead practitioner and mentor for coordination and project management professionals across marketing operations, brand and communications, and digital, creating a nucleus of shared standards and common ways of working across teams without shared reporting lines.
  • Coach colleagues on planning discipline, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication; lead through influence without direct people-management responsibility.
  • Drive measurable improvement in effectiveness, consistency, efficiency, risk mitigation, and return on marketing investment.
  • Build and run operating cadences that keep priorities, risks, dependencies, and next steps visible, including status reviews, planning cycles, and launch readiness forums.
  • Help define the marketing operating model, rituals, and ways of working as the team and its remit grow.
  • Improve intake, prioritization, approval, and launch governance processes across marketing.
  • Facilitate senior stakeholder alignment, ensuring decisions, scope changes, approvals, and dependencies are documented, communicated, and resolved.
  • Keep planning tools and the marketing calendar current and trusted so conflicts, gaps, and over-commitment surface before they affect delivery.
  • Coordinate with the US-based Marketing Operations lead and process and program management counterpart to align priorities and maintain consistent standards across regions.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate briefs, status reporting, documentation, and synthesis, and help the team adopt them in daily work.
  • Maintain a working schedule with sufficient overlap with US business hours on at least a few days each week for live collaboration, reviews, and decision-making.
  • Partner directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing senior leadership on planning, prioritization, and trade-off decisions, bringing forward information needed to decide.
  • Engage periodically with the Chief Revenue Officer and revenue organization leaders to align marketing execution with sales and pipeline priorities.
  • Synthesize inputs from marketing, sales, product, and agency stakeholders into decision-ready briefings and reporting for leadership.
  • Provide executive-ready visibility into program health, launch readiness, risks, blockers, trade-offs, and decisions required.
  • Communicate with senior leaders by simplifying complex workstreams and presenting trade-offs and options when escalating issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • A PMP, agile, or equivalent program management certification is preferred.
  • Experience in technology, financial services, SaaS, or other complex enterprise go-to-market environments is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and work management platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or Workfront.
  • Experience leading account-based marketing or account-focused programs, including target account prioritization, sales alignment, and account-level performance tracking.
  • Experience managing external agencies, media partners, freelancers, or offshore and shared-services delivery teams.
  • Working knowledge of campaign measurement, including engagement and conversion metrics, pipeline influence, attribution, and funnel movement.
  • Experience building a new team, function, or delivery model from the ground up is a strong plus.
  • Experience collaborating across geographies and time zones is helpful.

Candescent adds Memcyco to its Marketplace to stop account takeover and phishing early

Candescent, a provider of banking technology for banks and credit unions, has made Memcyco generally available through its Candescent Marketplace. The tool aims to stop account takeover, phishing and digital impersonation attacks before credentials are misused or funds are moved. Memcyco shows banks which users have been exposed, which devices look suspicious and where impersonation is happening. It can warn users on fake sites, feed attackers decoy data, spot malicious devices despite IP changes, and help take down fake sites and apps. It supports single sign-on (SSO) web and mobile environments, and deploys without an agent on end-user devices. It is open to eligible Candescent clients. "Account takeover doesn't start at login," said Israel Mazin, chief executive officer of Memcyco. Candescent serves more than 1,300 banks and credit unions.

Candescent partners with Eko to bring embedded investing to 1,300+ banks and credit unions

Candescent has partnered with Eko to enable banks and credit unions to offer investment accounts directly within their digital banking apps. The collaboration allows Candescent's 1,300-plus financial institution clients to provide embedded investing services under their own brands, keeping customer assets and engagement in-house rather than losing them to standalone fintech platforms. The integration, available through Candescent Marketplace since September 2026, supports instant account funding from multiple sources including checking accounts and external brokerages. Early Eko deployments show investing users log in roughly four times more frequently, with attrition rates approximately six times lower than non-investing customers. Financial institutions earn non-interest income from assets under management whilst providing customers access to investment services without leaving their trusted banking app.

Candescent brings embedded investing to Intelligent Banking through partnership with Eko investments.

Candescent brings embedded investing to Intelligent Banking through partnership with Eko investments. October 8, 2026 8:14 AM Gift Article Financial institutions on the Candescent platform can now offer investment accounts natively inside their own digital banking apps, deepening engagement and keeping assets under their brand. ATLANTA, GA / ACCESS Newswire / October 8, 2026 / Candescent, defining the era of Intelligent Banking for banks and credit unions, today announced a partnership with Eko, the embedded investing platform built for financial institutions. Through the partnership, Candescent brings investing into the connected Intelligent Banking experience, giving its clients a native way to offer investment accounts inside their own digital banking apps. Investing becomes part of how Candescent helps institutions recognize what customers and members need, guide them toward the right next step and enable them to act, all without leaving their institution's brand. The partnership reinforces Candescent's approach to Intelligent Banking: connecting data, capabilities, channels, and real-time intelligence so financial institutions can better understand context, guide what comes next and enable trusted action. Investing has long been one of the few parts of a consumer's financial life that lived outside the institution's digital experience. With Eko available through the Candescent platform, financial institutions can bring it into the relationship they already own. Extending the Intelligent Banking Experience to Investing Candescent's approach to Intelligent Banking is built around a clear premise: banking should move beyond digital access and transactions to become more personal, proactive, and valuable. Intelligent Banking works in three stages: anticipating what customers and members need, guiding them to the right decision and enabling them to act with confidence. By connecting experiences across the financial relationship, institutions can use context and intelligence to help customers and members understand what matters, know what to do next, and act with confidence. "Intelligent Banking is about making the entire financial relationship more connected, relevant and actionable, including the parts that have historically lived outside the institution's digital experience," said David Ness, Head of Fintech Partnerships at Candescent. "Bringing Eko onto our platform gives banks and credit unions a native way to support investing within the experience they own, helping them deepen engagement and keep more of the relationship under their brand." For many banks and credit unions, digital banking remains centered on transactions. Customers or members log in to check a balance or move money, then leave. Investing creates another meaningful reason to return. Bringing it into the institution's digital experience can make banking more useful in the moments that matter while supporting deeper, more valuable relationships over time. Meeting Customers and Members Where They Already Bank Eko integrates into the Candescent platform so institutions can launch investing without building it themselves or routing consumers to a third-party app. An investment account tile sits directly inside online and mobile banking, paired with AI-driven education that helps consumers get started with confidence. Funding is instant, from several sources: an external account, the customer's checking account at the institution, or an existing outside brokerage account moved over in full. Rather than watching balances leave for standalone fintech apps, institutions can bring those assets back into their own ecosystem. "Customers and members are already investing. The only real question for a bank or credit union is whose app they open to do it," said Mart Vos, Chief Executive Officer of Eko. "Candescent reaches more than 1,300 institutions and tens of millions of people, and its platform is built for exactly this kind of capability. Together, we give those institutions a way to serve the investing side of their consumers' financial lives and keep that relationship where it started." Because those balances become invested assets held under the institution's brand, the economics show up as non-interest income rather than feeding another fintech's balance sheet. Institutions earn on engagement and assets under management while giving customers and members a modern investing experience inside an app they already trust. Early results from Eko deployments point to the size of the opportunity: consumers who adopt investing log in about four times as often and attrition among those customers and members runs roughly six times lower when compared to a non-investing end-user. Availability Embedded investing from Eko is available to Candescent clients through the Candescent Marketplace as of September 2026. Financial institutions interested in offering investing to their customers and members can visit the Candescent Marketplace or contact their Candescent representative.
